We advise that the port delay at Senari Terminal which occurred in April 2021 as a result of the computer outage on 27 March 2021 has been resolved and port operations at Senari Terminal has resumed for container discharging, loading, receiving and delivery.

Daily container delivery by appointment and overnight parking will be practiced to minimize delivery time.  We also advise that the port is operating 24/7 for container delivery and receiving.  Therefore, all evenings after 5 p.m. on weekdays and throughout the day on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are favorable time to carry out receiving and delivery of containers at Senari Terminal in order to avoid waiting time as a result of bunching of trailers at the port.

We also advise any urgent containers will be given priority with pre-delivery notice to our COU office.
